Allergies were once the start of my work as a therapist. If I figured out what was the cause of the allergies and if we could find the source and get rid of it, the allergy disappeared like magic. It was a wonderful time. That’s how the name, the MIR-Method, originated: the Miracle Method. It was, however, also the name of a bathtub cleaning agent and an alcohol rehab-program and that’s why I decided to shorten the name to “MIR”. And that means “Peace” in Russian, which I knew because of the Russian space station.
Peace. An interesting thing. Because what happens if you give “Peace” to your allergy? Or even better: give “Peace” to the cause of your allergy! What I discovered was that almost all allergies develop through emotions. You have a bad experience. Your subconscious remembers the emotions. Your subconscious knows: I don’t ever want to go through that again and I’m going to protect myself against it! It remembers everything that went on at that moment, as a clue that anger is approaching.
For example. You got a chocolate with cherry liquor in it from your grandmother. You thought it was so disgusting that you spit the chocolate out all over Grandma’s clean, crocheted doily. Grandma’s angry, Mom’s angry! You get a slap on the back of your head. Your punishment is to wait in another room until you go home again.
Your subconscious has now learned: clean white doilies are dangerous, making stains is dangerous, but chocolate and cherry chocolates also are. Maybe even that pretty paper that was covering the cherry chocolate or dust or cat hair that were in Grandma’s room. Maybe your subconscious remembered that you have to watch out for people who are standing close to you because they can threaten you with what they give to you. You can become allergic to your own family.
Another example. Swimming lessons. You had to jump in the deep end and swim under dark mats. Scary, alone in that big swimming pool. And the water was cold. And no one helped you. And the swim teacher told you that you needed to be braver. And Mom was upset because now she would have to pay for more swimming lessons. Allergic to water. Allergic to being forced to do something. Allergic to darkness, to cold.
Being allergic to water is a big problem with skin problems. If you swallow water, then your body will do its best to get rid of the water as quickly as possible. Many people with a water allergy can’t even drink water. They literally can’t drink it. Maybe just a little sip at a time. That’s all. They don’t like water. Swimming lessons may be the cause of this!
Emotions gone, allergy gone!
If you take these emotions out of your subconscious, the allergy will also leave. If your subconscious can relax and give Peace to the memory, it doesn’t have to alert for new situations. It can relax. The allergy is no longer an allergy. White doilies are white doilies and water is water.
This is of little comfort when your allergy is “useful”. That is the case when your body refuses to accept something that is unhealthy for you. That is the case for people, for example, whose body refuses to accept alcohol, or who become nauseated by whipped cream. Many people’s bodies can’t tolerate wheat or pasta. Children’s bodies don’t tolerate food coloring additives. It can be a good thing that your body indicates that it’s not good for you and therefore develops an “allergy”. If you eat it, your body will tell you not to anymore because it doesn’t suit you.
Allergies and the MIR-Method
With step 3: “Detach father. Detach mother”, you detach everything about your father, or the swim teacher, or grandmother, or mother. Their anger, fears, overprotection, etc. Or of the brother or sister who laughed at you. All of these emotions disappear out of your system.
With step 4: “Clear meridians”, all blocking emotions are resolved out of your meridians. The energy can flow freely again, the emotions no longer play a role.
With step 5: “Supplement all shortages”, your body indicates more and more clearly what it needs and what it doesn’t. Whipped cream? Forget it. Cake? Rather not. Alcohol? Won’t help me. Because with step 7 the basic need “Comfort” is fulfilled, food becomes less a means of comforting yourself and more a means of strengthening your body. Then you only need to feel what your body is in need of.
Histamine plays a large role with step 6: “Balance hormone system“. This is a hormone that is released in large quantities when there is an allergic reaction. This causes the enormous swelling that goes along with an allergic reaction. The only thing your body needs to learn is to react less strongly. Histamine is fine, but too much is no longer necessary once the underlying “threatening” emotions are wiped away.
Always do all 9 steps
To reduce allergies, always do all 9 steps. Always do all of them and in the order which is explained in the instruction video!
Use the MIR-Method until all of the symptoms are gone!
Continue the MIR-Method as long as you still have allergic reactions! Just as long as necessary until you have wiped out all the old emotions. Give your body time to get them out of your system!
