  2. I love the MIR method and return to it again and again. When I have physical health issues, emotional issues or when life gets insane. I credit this method with helping to keep me on track. Thank you for developing it. I am so grateful.

  3. Hi, I did MIR for two weeks, then stopped because I thought that was how to do it. Should it be a continuous practice? I really noticed positive changes in my ability to manage stress and became much happier……thank you ☺

    • Dear Tracy,
Yes, preferrable continue the MIR-Method for 4 weeks. If you stop in between, no problem. You can always start it again. If you still have complaints after four weeks, then just continue using it.
      Good luck!
      Greetings, Mireille Mettes

  4. I am on day 13 and have not experienced any nosebleeds, although my nose does need blowing every morning. I really haven’t felt many ill effects, but have noticed a general well feeling, except in my stomach area, especially starting last night. Overall, I feel myself becoming calmer, not having things upset me like they used to. I hope THAT continues. O:) Thank you for sharing this, and especially thanks to my wonderful friend who introduced me to it!

    • Dear Donna,
Yes, I am also grateful for yor friend! It is so great how many people are willing to pass the MIR-Method on to others! What you describe looks like your inner safety and inner confidence is growing. Great! Happy for you! And yes, nose bleeds CAN occur, but don’t have to.
      Wishing you growing health!
      Greetings, Mireille Mettes

  5. Within one week of starting the MIR method, I was a bit cranky, emotional, started menstruating (over a week earlier than normal). In the second week I was tired, I had symptoms of a head cold followed by a migraine headache. Into week 3 I am feeling better with a greater sense of clarity, more energy and very excited about where this is taking me…stay tuned!!

    • Dear Julie,
Wonderful to hear! I wish you lots of good luck and that your new energy may stay with you!
      Greetings,
      Mireille Mettes

  6. I have just finished 2 weeks 5&7 and then 4 weeks all 9 steps. I haven’t had any ill effects only good ones. For a few years I have had high blood pressure, kept under control with medication. But from december it has been too high again, untill MIR-Method now it is back to normal again. I also feel better about myself in general, so a big thank you for sharing this method with me. David.

    • Dear David,

    • Dear Maria,
I am glad for you. I hope the MIR-Method can give you healing without too many bodily complaints. Hope you will notice improvements soon!
Bowel movements is a very good thing, by the way. There will be a few articles about that in the coming weeks.
      Good luck!

  7. True. I was puzzled when my nose bleeded suddenly when I was having a face wash. I reported to my Physician who in turn also referred me to an ENT specialist to find any cause. ENT specialist gave a clear opinion that bleeding has nothing to do with ENT. I went back to my physician with the report. Finally Physician advised me to go for a scan if it bleeds once AGAIN. Now it is 7 months since my nose bleeded. I was in suspense and puzzled till I read your above news letter giving the cause of bleeding. Thank you very much for your letter which has relieved me of suspense & tension.

    • Dear ‘Swamy’,
So glad to read that this article helped you! Hope the MIR-Method will bring you much good!
      Greetings, Mireille Mettes
