When people do the MIR-Method, all kinds of small complaints often disappear. Brittle nails, fungal nails, nausea, periodic headaches, watery eyes, flatulence, trouble falling asleep, dry skin, calluses. And emotional complaints as well: being afraid of someone, being passed over without being able to say something about it, nervousness, having little patience or not being able to pick up the telephone. These are all examples of minor complaints we can be bothered by, and when they disappear, we may not even remember them any more! You get used to good health. I often asked my clients how things were with the nausea, but the clients would look at me with glassy eyes because they no longer remembered having the symptom!
People with serious symptoms such as migraine, eczema, painful joints, an illness, constipation or insomnia are often focused on the MIR-Method helping them to get rid of this. It’s possible to still have these symptoms after 4 weeks but for some of the lesser complaints to have disappeared. Become aware of this and take 5 minutes to write down every symptom that you recognize in yourself.
Note as well:
1. How often you have this.
2. Give it a number from 0-10 to describe how much trouble it gives you.
Keep this list and check it after 4 weeks. What has changed and which symptoms do you still have?
The MIR-Method continues to have an effect for up to 19 months after doing it for the first time, so give your body time and room to continue working on the more serious complaints. After the first 4 weeks, you can assist your body with this process by continuing the MIR-Method, for as long as you have symptoms.
