  1. I remember b1ck in the dans. I would bathe and 2 minuten later minuten later I smelt again from my armpits.
    I stopped eating Meat, fish and eggs in February 1992, because I desire peace somewhere that you should not feed yourself with blood if you truely wanted a peaceful heart and body.
    A few year later I stopped consuming dairy although you are only products off… the industry is cruel …
    I don t know excatly when it happend but I nolonger smell. No sour odour from my clothing after wearing it.
    I must say going plantbased I also reduced my sugar intake. I do drink beer and wines but no coke, no soda s. Hardlyn fruitjuice too sweet for me.
    Did you know: sugar causes fine wrinkles,!

    For me I’ve given up eating garlic & onions to reduce body orders.

  3. I use lemon juice instead of deodorant for the same reason I drink lemon juice with water. It keeps my body in a more alkaline state. Either spray it on or use a makeup pad to apply.

    I never drink soda or use other toxic products. That just makes more work for our bodies to detox.

      Thank you for adding your tips! Great idea to put lemon juice on your armpits. I really think this should work! And yes, if we drink soda or other toxic products, boy, does our body need extra nutrients and energy to get rid of them again. Better to not put them in our bodies at all. Totally agree!   4. I started to use a little baking soda in the armpits instead of deodorant, keeps me fresh for 24 hours, be sure the baking soda is aluminum free!
