110. Who Will You Put in the Spotlight?
For me, Lynne McTaggart is a very inspiring woman. The way in which she writes and the way she speaks. It always seems as if she throws in unintended humor every few sentences and I often can’t listen to her without smiling. In addition, she is well read. She writes articles in which she quotes other writers or scientists and by doing this enriches my life. Lynne, thank you for your wonderful work!
Article about gratitude
I came across an article about being thankful. About how healthy it is for us. It appears there are scientists who have shown how our bodies react to feelings of thankfulness. The more we realize what we can be thankful for, the stronger and healthier our bodies become. Even your blood pressure will go down! Afterwards, I read a number of expressions of gratitude from people who thanked someone who supports him or her when things are rough. After the fifth message, I felt the tears welling up in me and noticed that it touched me. Hey, this is fascinating; reading messages about other people who put the spotlight on someone else moves me because of the love these messages express. I know for sure that this is also good for my health!
The MIR-Method and gratitude
Step 7: ‘Fulfill basic needs’ plays a role in this. One of our basic needs is “Gratitude”. By stroking this step you replenish the gratitude in yourself. This is especially necessary if you grew up in an environment of scarcity or in a family with material abundance but little attention or warm love. As you replenish that essential love within yourself, you free your ability to feel gratitude.
In step 8: ‘Optimize chakras and aura’ is the key to gratitude. When your Heart chakra optimizes itself, feelings such as “giving and receiving love” become possible and also your ability to be thankful becomes stronger. As you allow your Heart chakra to grow, your ability to be thankful increases. You will begin to see the fruits of life and this strengthens your ability to count your blessings.
Even though I only mention 2 of the 9 steps, always do all 9!
Who are you going to put in the spotlight?
Why don’t we also do this? Then we can create a collection of expressions of gratitude and we can fill our hearts with thankfulness and emotion because of all the love that invisibly and unnoticed moves among people.
Would you like to put the spotlight on someone? Someone you are grateful to. Someone who has done something for you or meant something and to whom you would like to clearly express what an impact he/she has had on you? Please write what he/she did for you and what it meant to you!
Please write below about that special person for you. Thank you!
By using the “End” key on your keyboard you can go straight to the form. Personal questions should always be asked of a MIR-Method coach!
May we let our dearest loved ones know how grateful we are!

My spotlight shines on a woman who is sharing my apartment with me. We don’t hang out at all and wouldn’t really qualify as friends even, although we both like each other as acquaintances. She gives me $525 every month and enables me to be much more comfortable on disability pension! Thank you Karen.
My daughter. Thank you for teaching me so much, and motivating me to become a better person and mother. It isn’t fun always, but you are one of my main inspirations for working on myself consistently. My desire to connect with you deeper. I am deeply grateful for all that you share with me and for choosing me as your mother. My dream is to optimize myself a little each day. Thank you for being the motivation to my dreams.
To my son. I am forever grateful for filling me up all the time. Your laugh, humour, sense of play, and overall funess all help me achieve my goal of becoming a better person and better mom every day. Thank you for being the fuel to my dreams.
To my husband. I am the luckiest woman in the world to be able to be the mother of your children. We share a beautiful life together and I am proud of both of us and our relationship so much. You have allowed me space to chase my dreams, judgement free, and with total support and love. I hope you feel that you have room for your dreams and passions as well. Thank you for supporting me while I realize my dreams. You being one of them. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

My older son and daughter are in my gratitude spotlight for supporting me through a difficult relationship ending. They have stood by me and offered love, kindness, and understanding while I extricated from a toxic situation. It was difficult, and I felt on many occasions that their support and love kept me on track to finally complete this. Thank you to them both, with deep appreciation and love always.
How wonderful you have such great children! I am happy for you they supported you in such a profound way!
Hope they will read your message!
Greetings, Mireille Mettes
Patricia Cota-Robles (eraofpeace.org) is a tireless Light Worker. For several decades, she has traveled to various cities across the United States, giving free seminars, publishing a free newsletter, explaining about this planet’s ascension into a higher dimension at this time. Here is a paragraph typifying her message:
“Since the birth of the New Year, 2016, we have been blessed with unfathomable influxes of Heavenly Light. This Light is pulsating with the most intensified frequencies of God’s Transfiguring Divine Love that Humanity and Mother Earth are capable of assimilating at this time. Everything that conflicts with this Divine Love is being pushed to the surface to be healed and transmuted back into Light. This is occurring in both our individual and our collective lives. From outer appearances it seems as though this amazing Light is wreaking havoc all over the Planet. However, that is a misperception…”
I would like to express how grateful I am to my daughter Diana. She has always been there for me and very supportive.I am also grateful for her courage, perseverance and integrity and the lessons she has taught me in life. Most of all I am grateful for her love and kindness.
