Do you suffer from overweight and have you noticed that this has improved because of the MIR-Method, or has it even disappeared altogether? That’s great!
We’d like to hear from you about what has improved! Please answer these questions:
1. How long have you done the MIR-Method?
2. How did the MIR-Method help you and what changes did it bring to your life?
At the bottom of this page is a form, which you can use to report your results. By clicking on “End”, you’ll jump to the form.

I’ve been doing the MIR-Method for 5 weeks now. Before, I couldn’t stop “grazing” during the day and especially in the evening. Eating was more or less on my mind the entire day. Now I don’t eat at all between meals. I don’t have a problem with it. Not thinking about it at all. Not even during the evening. Really remarkable. If I should lose some weight (it’s been too short a time to really say anything about that), then I will be even more joyful.
Hello Mireille,
Via a friend, I heard about your method last year. I did the stroking and felt good about it. After 4 weeks, I stopped. At the beginning of this year, I started doing the MIR-Method again. I didn’t feel comfortable with my weight. I started following a diet under a weight management consultant’s supervision at the same time I started doing the MIR-Method again. I am following a carbohydrate-free diet which requires a lot of discipline. I’m convinced that the MIR-Method aided me in persevering. During a winter vacation, I fell and broke my shin. I was literally set still and forced to slow down. Thanks to the MIR-Method I continued with the diet and have successfully lost 26 ½ lbs., despite not being allowed to walk or do sports for 3 months. The required period of rest has given me much insight and made it possible for me to take some new steps in my life. Through the diet, or is it through the MIR-Method, I’ve not only been freed from the extra weight but also from heartburn and a fungal toe nail, which has bothered for years and which nothing helped. I still do the MIR-Method 2 times a day and have been doing this for a few months. I’ve realized that I now do it as a kind of maintenance. I will be going to the workshop on Friday, Be the Mirror, and hope to meet you there and personally thank you for your loving and valuable self-help method.
Hi,
Since I started the MIR-Method on November 27, 2013, I can say that it works. Ex.: had trouble for years with a toenail and it’s now beginning to renew itself.
I couldn’t deal with my eating patterns and switched to healthy food. In the meantime, have lost a good 15 1/5 lbs. without even one day of feeling hungry or having the idea that I’ve eaten too little / not well.
Also, sometimes I run into people who are familiar with the MIR-Method and sometimes do it as well.
Yes, I can recommend it. In part, because it is a loving and tender way to direct your body in another direction without overwhelming it.
Greetings, Jaap
Wonderful work you are doing with your method, Mireille. It’s helping me to get rid of my belly fat. Together with my saying, “If you have the Love, you have everything”, I am a happy person and thank you for your inspiration to steam on ahead together towards Peace.
Hi Mireille,
used to have a lot of problems with my weight; started doing the MIR-Method halfway through May. Middle of June, crossed wheat and processed sugar off of my diet and have already lost 17 ½ lbs. without feeling hungry or having the feeling that I’m dieting.
I‘ve also noticed that my eating patterns are changing; I’ve always been aware of eating well but now feel the need for much less food and when I eat, notice that I’m especially eating less bread and have no need at all for candy or cookies. Yesterday, I was given a pastry that gave me the creeps and seemed to smell sour and I really couldn’t eat it. An additional side effect is that I now seem to be losing weight.
I’ve had trouble losing weight for years because I have a hormonal disorder pco (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) so this wonderful! I’ve been doing the MIR-Method for a week now and am curious about what the coming weeks will bring!
Hello Mireille,
I’ve been doing the MIR-Method for 6 weeks now and notice that my body is coming into a better balance. Super that this method is available to all of us now! Thank you very much!
Yours truly, Judith
Hello Mireille,
At a friend’s encouragement I’m writing to you about a really nice experience. About a year and a half ago, I heard about the MIR-Method. After doing it I was able to stop smoking. In 1 year’s time, after I stopped smoking, I’d gained about 11 lbs. Because I didn’t want to have to buy all new clothes, I started doing the MIR daily: goal 2.2 lbs (1 kg.). 3 times. In this way, I lost 6.6 lbs. (3 kg.), the total of the weight I was aiming for each time. Now I’m working on the next step: to lose to a certain weight and something else physical. When this has happened, I’ll react again.
Thank you for this method.
Warm greetings,
Thera
