Thank you for your GROUNDBREAKING work! When my friend (who, as a therapist, has the same kind of resume as you) first showed me what I had to do, it immediately felt as a warm bath, a pamper-yourself-method. My work often gives me stress-related gastritis and last week the pain was so bad that not even fennel tea helped. But the MIR-Method does! I used it now as an acute form of medicine but am certainly planning to persevere for the full 2 months. Who knows, with a little luck, stress won’t affect me at all any more, and my stomach will have the chance to really heal itself. Thanks, thanks and once again, thanks!
