  1. Hi Mireille,
    I did the 9 steps of the MIR-Method twice a day for a good month – and just maintaining this, freeing up the time to do this, has done me good! The best thing is that I am no longer cold in bed – before this I crawled into bed with a hot water bottle and socks – and I no longer need them! Focusing and saying the steps out loud made me aware of all the tension in my body, which brought relaxation. Your free and generous way of giving this to the world is inspiring. Thank you very much – I will surely keep this in my system. And my resolution for the New Year is to be completely present in the moment as much as I can – open to whatever there is. I wish you all good things!
