More energy after surgery and burnout

Angela: “I have had some serious surgery with anaesthetic and medication and I have some left-over fatigue from an old burnout. I have been using the MIR-Method for over a week now. The most important gift it has given me is that I have started feeling more in touch with my body and have started to love my body. I no longer escape my fatigued and painful body by living through my thoughts and rationalisations. I am recuperating much more quickly and am not so quickly tired. My body is totally accepted by me with (disappearing) little pains and (diminished) fatigue.”

Romy, a cat with hairs growing back on bald patches and increased appetite and liveliness.

Loes: “Since the beginning of February 2010 I have been using the MIR-Method on my cat, a 17 years old Burmese.

I used it for 3 months, each time doing the MIR-Method twice.

The change in my cat was astonishing. Romy had some bald patches in her fur particulary on her back leg, which was also stiff and painfully sensitive. She had a poor appetite and hardly ever purred. The vet had prescribed her painkillers and sleeping pills. Half a sleeping pill made her so confused (she walked through the house as if she was drunk) that I stopped giving them. We have had previous bad experiences with giving medication to Romy. She always responded very intensely.

After treating her for a week, her appetite improved and she became more lively. She purred often and her fur grew back! We feel like she is going to be with us still for quite some time. You can still see the bald patches in her fur, but they are not as bad as they used to be.

The best moment of the treatment was after about 2 months. It had appeared that she had had a short setback but she soon stabilised. I am very happy and think it is a very suitable and wonderful method for treating animals.”

Kyra, a dog with a gentler character and less aggressive.

Loes: “The problem with our dog, Kyra, a 7 years old Scottish Colly, was that she was very often biting. She was defending her herd (this being my son and daughter and myself) very fanatically. She was always snapping at other people causing complaints from people in the neighbourhood. After carrying out the MIR-Method I have noticed that Kyra has become more gentle. She is less aggressive to people who visit us and I no longer have to tightly control her near strangers.

As with Romy my cat (see above) Kyra also had the best moment of the treatment after about 2 months. At that time she had a short setback after which it all stabilised.”

Knee is no longer swollen

Ellen: “My knee isn’t swollen anymore. A year ago I fell on my knee and it had been swollen since then. Now, after a week of using the MIR Method the swelling has gone.”

Baby who sleeps longer in the daytime

Andra: “Well, it seems to have worked, because since I started doing the MIR-Method our baby son sleeps a lot better in the daytime. This past week he has slept longer, up to 2,5 hours! He wakes up a lot more cheerful and rested which is great for all of us! I hope this continues and that he will change it into a habit! His birth had gone fine. He was born at home, on time and in a nice atmosphere. He was a little cramped and had meconium (faeces) in his amniotic fluid. It was quite a fast delivery considering it was my first child. I had contractions for about 8 hours and within 20 minutes of pushing he was there. My mother is a homeopathic therapist and had done a lot with him and for him with NEI and other techniques.”

Menstruation starts again, hormonal balance.

Mrs. A. (45 years old): “I have applied the MIR-Method for 4 weeks now. In the beginning I became more tired and slept more. Later on I seemed emotionally out of balance. I hadn’t menstruated regularly in a long time (1 time it lasted for half a year, another time it lasted for 11 months) but it came back last week. I am 45 years old and hope my hormonal balance is all right now.”

Dog with injured ears that smell bad.

Annelies: “My dog had trouble with his ears and they started to smell really bad. To help my dog detox harmful stuff I started giving him massages. Then I came across your method and I saw “Optimise acidity” and I thought “That’s the problem with him!” After I had completed the whole list (I first started with step 5 and 7 preparation for 2 weeks) he became fit and at last his eye-sight improved and particularly his scent started to change. It smelled more acidic and not so disgusting anymore. So there was change. That in itself was special, because I have tried all kinds of things. I did a course in animal communication, but that didn’t help either. Finally I realised he needed to let go of certain things. Something I couldn’t do for him. That’s why your MIR-Method was salvation to me.”

Burn-out, gained energy, no more stomach complaints.

Anne-Marie: “I received your book this week. At this time I have been using the MIR-treatment for four weeks. What I remember most is that I had emotions like fear and sadness, especially at night when dreaming or waking up. At the beginning I also felt tired and irritable. Now I feel much more relaxed and balanced. My body has regained energy has gained after a burn-out. But most of all I am satisfied about the fact that I have no more stomach complaints since I began the MIR-Method. This is a great relief to me. Otherwise I would have been forced to go to a doctor. Now I know almost for certain that the stomach complaints were caused by a severe stress-period. Anyway I am VERY grateful for this method. I feel really good about it. Clearer limitations boundaries and own path.

Frank (coach): “I watched your videos the next day and I found the method brilliant in all its simplicity!! It also invited me to begin immediately, so now I have done the MIR-Method for over a week. Lower blood pressure, ability to walk for longer periods (Fibromyalgia)

Bertie (fibromyalgia): “I have been doing it now for 3 weeks. From the beginning I felt warmth, after that a lighter feeling as if I had lost weight (I stopped smoking a year ago and gained 10 kg.). My blood pressure has been too high for 2 years and the physician wants me to take medication, but I use only medication when it is absolutely necessary. I have noticed an increased amount of stools in the last 2 weeks, whereas it was quite normal before that. I saw it as if I was ‘letting go’.

Since last week my children have noticed that I can walk for longer than my usual 10 minutes. Years ago doctors measured the acidity in my legs as the equivalent as if I had run the New York marathon. Cause Fibromyalgia. I sleep a little better now and can concentrate a bit more. For the past 30 years I have slept only 2-3 hours per night. I always go to bed late and get up early in the morning, just because I like waking up and I’m not bothered by the lack of sleep, but these past weeks I have slept sometimes for 5 hours in a night and that is quite something. I do the MIR 2x a day, in the morning and before going to bed. I enjoy doing it very much. I think I will continue for more than 4 weeks for my physical complaints.”

Deeper sleep and waking up more rested.

Jann: “When you came and explained the method to us I realised that I had been doing the MIR-Method wrong the whole time. I had always stroked my hand 3 times and pronounced the step AFTER that. Also without the feeling you mentioned that night you were with us. The only thing I noticed was that my sleep was more restless and I was often awake at night. That made me stop using the MIR-Method. After your personal explanation I started again. It worked well immediately, in that the quality of my sleep is much better now. I have always slept well, but now I need over an hour less sleep per night. I feel I get a better quality sleep and do less in my sleep. Anyway, I don’t want to miss it now anymore and I do it every night before going to bed. Lovely! So for all this my wholehearted thank you!!!”

Hot flushes

Clara: “Erik taught me the MIR-Method and I recently used it with great success on hot flushes that had started. Great, isn’t it?”

  • Corrie: “Thank you for the MIR-list.  This is the 3rd day I have been using it and I only do steps 5 and 7 like you advised for people with many physical complaints. Tuesday I had dozed off straight away after doing both steps and slept for an hour and a half! I am really worn out, so I think it really works!! I will do the steps 5 and 7 and then I will start doing all 9 steps. I am so curious!! So far so good!!”
