Digestive Problems — 5 Comments

  1. Since I was a child I’ve had problems with my bowel movements. I was prescribed medication already at an early age, which I took faithfully. But everything always helped only temporarily. It seems like I went to every doctor, specialist and alternative healer, but they could always only temporarily help me. I had to learn to live with it. It became a disaster for me to have a bowel movement. Four weeks ago I still had to take 6 Wapiti’s!! in order to have a small bowel movement the next day.
    On September 16, 2013, I started the MIR-Method with only steps 5 and 7.
On October 1st, I started doing all 9 steps and, unbelievably, I am only taking 1 Wapiti tablet….!!
Isn’t this a wonderful result: yes, or yes?! I also don’t have a bloated feeling anymore and feel like another person!
I am so happy that I heard about the MIR-Method from a friend of mine. I could shout about it from the rooftops: People, do something with your own body!

  2. Hello Mireille,
I read about the MIR-Method last week, and started doing it immediately.
My problems are: ADD, nasal polyps (with sinusitis that took forever to go away), sometimes depressed, HSP
    THE FOLLOWING HAS IMPROVED:
    *BETTER bowel movements
*Increasingly less trouble with nose problems
*my body is now disposing of a lot of waste products; dirty tongue, etc.
Every day things are a bit better. I am glad that the nose problems are also decreasing.
I am able to do more without thinking about it all the time.
I now dream sometimes about how I can solve things; very funny.
I am sometimes nauseated now. I drink a lot of water.
My primary care physician has lowered the prescriptions for anti-depressants.
I will certainly continue doing the MIR-Method for 2 weeks; otherwise it will become too much for me.

  3. Hello Mireille,
I started with the MIR-Method after my friend pointed it out to me. I thought, “If it doesn’t help, it won’t hurt” and hoped that it would help to make my Candida intestinal infection disappear.
I didn’t see any noteworthy changes during the 4 weeks that I did the MIR-Method 2 times daily. After 4 weeks I stopped doing it daily and thought that once a week would be enough. Unfortunately, I noticed that I started to itch all over my body again and was going crazy from the itching.
Now I know for sure that it was because of the MIR-Method that it went away at first after I’d started. I’ve started doing it every day again and feel much better again. I’m going to actively remain doing the MIR-Method for a while because my body is very busy removing my Candida infection.
I assume that it can’t hurt if I continue to do it for a while.
I hope that the MIR-Method will support me in becoming free of Candida,
Thank you very much for the development and sharing of the MIR-Method with everyone.
    Greetings, Leonie

    • Dear Leonie,
Feel free to do the MIR-Method longer. Stop once in a while to see how the itching is doing. I hope eventually to read a lasting positive message from you!
      Wishing you much success!

  4. A while ago I received the following text from a client. I’ve been given permission to post the reaction here.
“I’ve been doing the MIR-Method a lot and I’m doing well. Ten days ago, after a week of doing the MIR-Method with a protocol for heartburn, I stopped taking antacids….after 13 years….and I still haven’t needed any. WONDERFUL, isn’t it?
    Hearty greetings,
    Germa van Nieuwenhoven
