  1. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and was so irritated. I knew I would be going to the gym in just a couple of hours and wondered if I was going to be able to fall back asleep. Other things spiraled towards irritation as I became increasingly aware of the ever present frustration growing. It was difficult wrapping my mind around how to just ‘get calm’ and fall back asleep. Why I decided to check my emails is beyond me. However when I saw your email I recalled doing the MIR method to aid in healing from post NPD abuse from my mother. It was quite helpful and healing for me. For some reason I thought…why not just do the steps now. I’m in the bed, phone propped up on my chest and thought, what do I have to lose. By the time I got to about step seven a distinct change in my overall well-being was distinctly present. In the back of my mind I thought…if it can quickly change extreme frustration in the middle of the night, you know it’s doing something. Sure enough by the time I finished I was much calmer and quite ready to fall back asleep peacefully. Thank you so much for creating this healing method…it REALLY WORKS!! Blessings to you.

  2. Hello Mireille, I found your website while researching some material on lungs. This has been a fortunate find as I have been regularly using the MIR Method since to experiment whether this could be too good to be true & though it has been almost 4 weeks now, I think I am noticing some results. One result was I had difficulty going to sleep until 2.00 to 4.00 am in the morning but waking up feeling normal for around 2 weeks. The other is I have got a good routine going of caring for my health with healthy diet, walking daily & daily doing self help programs that I had been procrastinating on starting. Doing MIR daily feels important to me now & I am curious to see what else may happen. Thank you for generously sharing this method so freely, I have passed it on to others who are doing it now & I will purchase your book to learn more. Very kind regards & thank you.

  4. Well, it seems to have worked, because since I started doing the MIR-Method our baby son sleeps a lot better in the daytime. This past week he has slept longer, up to 2,5 hours! He wakes up a lot more cheerful and rested which is great for all of us! I hope this continues and that he will change it into a habit! His birth had gone fine. He was born at home, on time and in a nice atmosphere. He was a little cramped and had meconium (faeces) in his amniotic fluid. It was quite a fast delivery considering it was my first child. I had contractions for about 8 hours and within 20 minutes of pushing he was there. Thank you! Andra

    A friend of mine told me about the MIR-Method. After many hectic years with huge changes in my life I felt adrift, without any basis, without any energy. I did your method for a couple of weeks and many things have changed. I sleep better, have no more need for alcohol (drank too much every day), am happier, more balanced and… I even got a job in the kind of work I love to do with heart and soul! And that at the age of 62, that is something special. Thank you for sharing it!

  6. When you came and explained the method to us I realised that I had been doing the MIR-Method wrong the whole time. I had always stroked my hand 3 times and pronounced the step AFTER that. The only thing I noticed was that my sleep was more restless and I was often awake at night. That made me stop using the MIR-Method. After your personal explanation I started again. It worked well immediately, in that the quality of my sleep is much better now. I have always slept well, but now I need over an hour less sleep per night. I feel I get a better quality sleep and do less in my sleep. Anyway, I don’t want to miss it now anymore and I do it every night before going to bed. Lovely! So for all this my wholehearted thank you!!!
