Do you suffer from multiple sclerosis and have you noticed that this has improved because of the MIR-Method, or it has even disappeared altogether? That’s great!

We’d like to hear from you about what has improved! Please answer these questions:
1. How long have you done the MIR-Method?
2. How did the MIR-Method help you and what changes did it bring to your life?

At the bottom of this page is a form, which you can use to report your results. By clicking on “End”, you’ll jump to the form.

If you have questions about using the MIR-Method, please look at the page Questions or get in touch with a MIR-Method coach. We don’t answer personal questions on this page.

MS – Multiple Sclerosis — 4 Comments

  1. Dear Mireille,
That you can make yourself sick, I’ve figured that out. Used to be bullied a lot at school. I didn’t want to go to school any more, had a different excuse every time, so-called sick?!
In the meantime, I’ve had MS for 20 years.
I’m generally a positive person but sometimes get discouraged.
I’ve already tried different methods such as Reiki (I’m a Reiki-master myself now but haven’t done anything with it for a long time)
Since I started the MIR-Method, I feel myself becoming stronger and stronger.
    Thank you for this.
    Yours truly Irene

  2. Hello Mireille, think it’s fantastic that you’ve made the method you developed available to everyone for free, thank you for that!
I’ve been doing the MIR-Method for about a week now and have experienced all kinds of sudden and very strong pain, which also disappeared very quickly (more quickly than normal), which was striking in and of itself, so must be because of the MIR-Method. I’ve got MS and am used to regularly having all kinds of pains and also having little energy, etc.
Furthermore, I’ve noticed that I’ve had the most outrageous dreams since I started doing the MIR-Method.
    Thanks in advance,
    Yours truly,
    Natasha

  3. Hello Mireille and Mark,
I am still following that protocol, it has certainly done something, I’ve got more energy, feel stronger/better/fitter. What I’ve noticed when I say the sentences and stroke my hand is that I always have to yawn once or twice, it doesn’t matter whether I do it in the morning or in the evening, when I’m doing it I have to yawn. It’s also not standard with a certain sentence. Very strange and also funny, I find.
I’m just going to continue doing it because I probably have a number of problems that I’ve had for a long time. In the beginning, I was extremely tired, but that has, thankfully, now changed. Hopefully, you can help a lot of other people this way.
    Greetings Marjan

    • Hallo Marjan,
      Good to hear!
It’s correct that you can start yawning. That’s a sign that the body “understands” the affirmation. The body sends a kind of confirmation, says it’s at “peace” with this and that’s it’s ok.
Keep it up and reward yourself and your body!
      A warm greeting,
Mark Kipp, on behalf of Mireille
