  1. what if the detox is bad I WENT THRU’ THAT -DEPRESSION, INSOMNIA, FEAR ETC. Stopped as my 4 weeks r over but how do we tackle this-ideally I would like to clear the detox right way I hate going thru the stuff

      In future the detox may get easier. However, what is built up in your body, needs to get out first. I am sorry it was quite tough on you. I hope the good results will come as well. Let us know how you are doing!

  2. Hi Mireille. Thank you so much for sharing this process. WOW. I know it will work– just makes so much sense. I would like to join the courses, but received this after the june telecourse. I just saw the video, will review again, and start using it and will tell you what happens. I will also translate to Arabic, if you need help. I saw the 9 steps but I am not sure your have all the material in Arabic.

  3. I watched your videos the next day and I found the method brilliant in all its simplicity!! It also invited me to begin immediately, so now I have done the MIR-Method for over a week. It has clarified things for me: I know/feel better about who I am, what I stand for and what my limitations are, cheers for that… To your encouragement I started using the method in my own practice.
