105. The MIR-Method during Massage — 5 Comments

  1. What about me getting the massage and doing the MIR to myself …I have massage every week

    • Dear Dr Bina,
When you are lying on the massage table it is very uncomfortable to do the 9 steps while stroking your hands. Massage is all about surrendering and relaxing. It would really be more beneficial to let the masseur do the 9 steps. If the masseur is not willing, you can figure a way out to do it yourself, BUT you DO need to tell that to your masseur, because his/her hands may start to change their movements!
Good luck! And thank you for embracing the MIR-Method!

  2. I spontaneously found myself saying the 9 steps (in my head) during my last massage, it really enhanced the effect of the massage. I’m only on day 14, will try it again when I go for another massage next week. I’m a NO HANDS Massage Therapist myself and have already considered doing this with my own clients. Oh bliss, so much to discover!

How wonderful that you can actually feel it yourself! GREAT! I am happy with you about your discovery and for your clients!

didn’t do the MIR method for 3 weeks so back to doing it again.
Should think its very good with massage so will certainly try it.
I practice other Energy methods so open to trying other methods.
I first give it myself now before self healing as don’t always meditate and it relaxes me am in good energy state for the healing.
