48. Allergies, Whatever Happened? — 6 Comments

  1. Hi Mirelle
I hadn’t before I think written about my swelling hands, fingers and arms. Stress related but I couldn’t figure out the real cause. Sometimes my somewhat flabby belly would swell as though 9 months pregnant hard as a rock going up and down within hours, it was not wind in the intestine. Is it an allergy…. Yes maybe stress can’t pin the exact trigger. Have started mir again. It is all very confusing. My indecision is clearer stopping psych medication. It’s taken more than two months. Have lost 2kg in last two days. Thank you for your kindness.

    • Dear Nina,
The swelling of the belly can also have emotional causes. It is usually a symptom of the ‘small intestine meridian’. The main emotion is then ‘feeling abandoned’ and I guess that is quite true for your situation. I hope you keep doing the MIR-Method, because with that you can let go of the feeling of abandonment, or other emotions, and start to notice that you and you alone are your own best friend!
      Good luck!
      Greetings, Mireille Mettes

  2. Thank you . I have allergies and know that they are mostley emotional.
I have used your MIR-Method but did not know that it helped allergies as well. I will start using MIR-Method again , use it every day and let you know how much it helped.
thank you for your unselfish help to humanity.
    sincerely
    Millie

    • Dear Millie,
Thank you for picking up the MIR-Method again! It works like this: all 9 steps slowly but surely work on improving your immune system. Once the immune system functions properly again, many complaints disappear, like allergies.
      Good luck!
      Mireille

j’en suis a 15 jours, et rien de particulier,à part cette caresse sur la main qui m’est devenue nécessaire et 2/3 fois dans la journée je reviens me caresser sans rien dire et c’est bien, comme un rappel
