    Thank you so much for your generous sharing! A yoga teacher introduced me to MIR-method.I just believe and trust that this method will help me mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.And I also trust her even though I just connected with her in April via Laughter Yoga..U are amazing! I will be able to Express myself better is something I always want .I write affirmations such as I am able to express myself easily and freely..I do it every day and strongly believe it is going to help me deal with all areas and challenges I face in my life.Really appreciate your wonderful sharing via emails.U are amazing!

    i have learned so much of these articles. I notice when I communicate with my children nowadays, I will start by saying how I feel and it opens them up more too. I will surely research Marshall Rosenburg too.

    The MIR method has become so much a part of our lives, we hold on to it at any time of distress. Now that I know that we could also use it to understand our emotions I shall help even others with it.

  4. Thank you so very much for sharing the MIR-Method with our planet.
    I discovered it on Oct. 1, and I’ve been doing it twice a day all month. For me it truly helps me to make better & wiser decisions for my health & overall well being.
    I feel very blessed that this wonderful self care process has come into my awareness & I’ve shared it with friends and family
